Elevation Soap is a home based small batch cold processed soap company.  In August of 2002, I crossed the finish line of the Leadville 100 for the first time.  The achievement brought joy, pain, and mental fortitude. I was hooked on the physical and mental challenge. After years of running ultra races, I was diagnosed with Crohn's and running became uncomfortable.  Looking for a new way to achieve fulfillment, I traded in my running shoes for a stick blender and essential oils.  Initially, the bars of soap were given to family and friends. Because I love the soap making process and it brings me happiness, I decided to share the joy with others.  A bar of handmade soap is a luxury that can be enjoyed by all.  Made with natural oils, lye, and essential oils, the soap goes through the saponification process, is cut into individual bars and then cures for 4 weeks.  I love the soap and hope you will as well.  Jean DeMoss
